"This review is long overdue. In the summer of 2023 I was preparing to move into a new apartment in Bethesda. Incompetent management staff failed to notify me that my unit was not ready and I was basically without a place to stay though I was set to fly out to Texas, retrieve my 8 year old son and mother, and begin a long drive back out to Maryland. "Water in the shower doesn't get HOT but is warm enough. The shower had some soap or something on the floor when we arrived. It's not a huge deal but shouldn't have been there."

"I WOULD HAVE RATED ONE STAR if not for the bartender Catherine! The front desk associate, AJ, was very rude (and ignorant)! When we came down to the lobby (we called first but he put us on hold indefinitely so we had to go to the desk) to tell him about how our BED was broken, he told us to come ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE LOBBY with our stuff (rudely mind you), and then had us go ALL..."

"Our check in took about 2 hours yes 2 hours thats right , 1 person checked in a whole bus of tourists , very nice girl at the counter , poor girl was going through hell that night , 5 star for the girl and comfy bed , the rest zero star specially management"

"Pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was fantastic especially Catherine at the bar. I was there for a soccer tournament with many families. The hotel made sure breakfast was available and perfectly fresh. They were always accommodating which is great especially when such a big group. There is some sort of duct(?) work that was being done but it was minimal with no impact to the guests. I would definitely recommend and stay ."
